The RSM machine has a full-surface vacuum belt for transporting the cut product. The use of a multi-vacuum chamber system ensures better product handling and transport to the stacking unit. No adjustment in respect to the material thickness is needed.
A highly advanced print mark sensor with "TwinEye" technology ensures reliable detection of print marks on the packaging materials. The print mark control consists of automatic initial registration, print mark detection, and register-accurate positioning of the material web on the tools.



Depending on the materials to be processed, the segments can be manufactured in different types of steel (LL, HSS, SuCR, or TC). Various coatings are available for the counterpressure cylinder, such as chrome or TopCoat.
