With the PBO, a wide variety of folding cartons can be produced inline or offline, depending on the production environment. Whether connected directly to your printing press or as a stand-alone system, the PBO enables register-accurate embossing, creasing, die cutting, perforating, cutting, and stacking in a continuous process. Thanks to processing speeds of up to 450 m/min, it combines high productivity with maximum precision and process reliability. Anything is possible with the PBO. The stable base frame with jumbo roll unwinding, servo-controlled drive, and fully automatic print mark control ensure maximum precision and process reliability. Cross registers and automatic stack delivery guarantee a smooth production flow. Thanks to very short setup times, CE-compliant safety equipment, and user-friendly, low-maintenance design, the system impresses with maximum efficiency in daily use.
