Pick & place
The automated high-speed robot from Schobertechnologies is called Spider. The Spider is designed for stacking and counting products that have already been cut. Especially suited for flexible and nested products.
High-speed stacking (Autopack)
With the Autopack technology, you can reliably separate, count and stack your pre-cut products such as folding cartons, packaging blanks, form-cut paper, laminates and paper filters as long as they are stiff and stable. For flexible products Schobertechnologies suggest to use the Spider.

Winders
Schobertechnologies uses single winding as standard. For narrow, multitrack materials, a double rewinder is preferred. Turret rewinders and non-stop unwinds can be used to increase productivity. Depending on the working width, fixed or replaceable winding shafts are used.
