Schobertechnologies stands for maximum precision and process reliability in punching. Our rotary punching units are specially designed for the requirements of tea labels, tea bags, narrow web products and process a wide variety of materials. Burr-free at widths up to 2,000 mm and speeds up to 800 m/min. Even the finest punching patterns with hole diameters from 0.5 mm are reliably implemented and waste is safely removed. For over 75 years, we have been developing high-performance rotary punching solutions for industrial and laboratory applications – inline or as offline systems.

Our rotary punching units with longitudinal cutting units and multiple rewinding are consistently designed to meet the special requirements of filter materials for tea bags and process a wide variety of materials in different widths without burrs. This allows a wide variety of applications to be realized flexibly and reliably. On request, we can develop individual punching patterns for you that are precisely tailored to your production and products.

- Automatic circumferential register control for precise punching of the printed material web
- Extraction for edge strips and punching waste

Punching units
Optionally available with integrated longitudinal cutter for installation in printing machines or processing systems for producing rounded corners for tea tags and bags. The immediate longitudinal cut after punching enables extremely precise positioning of the cut edge relative to the punching profile.
