Cutting and stacking of blanks with web widths of up to 1,000 mm, format lengths of up to 1,220 mm and processing speeds of up to 100 m/min - is no problem. Additional stations for needling, creasing and embossing are optionally available.

The Varicut platform is ideal for short runs and quick format changes.

Inline modules, processing and converting lines Type SPC for production of liquid packaging blanks or rollstock. At operating speeds of up to 800 m/min and a maximum working width of 1,800 mm we do inline register-accurate creasing, perforating and die-cutting. The punching waste is removed safely.
Cutting and creasing cylinders in segmented design
Depending on the materials to be processed, the segments can be made from different steel types (LL, HSS, SuCR or TC). For the anvil cylinder different types of finishing are available like Chrome- or TopCoat plating.
Punching module with integrated slitter
for the production of corner roundings for tea-tags and -bags. The immediate length cut after punching enables an extremely
precise alignment of the punching profile.
Creasing module with quick lift-device and wedge adjustment for the regulation of the crease depth, equipped with solid or segmented creasing cylinders. For medium and small runs, individually manufactured magnetic cylinders with exchangeable creasing plates are suitable.
